This week, our KS2 children took part in a STEM workshop where they were tasked with designing an automatic car. The brief involved creating a self driving car that could seat at least 2 passengers, include space for luggage, have wheels that freely rotate and be accessible for all. The children worked in teams and showed great enthusiasm and cooperation as they planned and applied their ideas to their designs.
This week the children have been learning about mummification and they wrote instructions to explain each gruesome detail!
We made our own moving toy
The children enjoyed taking part in World Maths Day and competing with other children from around the world.
The children in Willow Class learned about the celebration of ‘Kings Day’. Henry and Eliza found the tokens and were crowned King and Queen for the rest of the day.
