  OUR VISION Our vision is for a school where participation, creativity, problem-solving and an enthusiasm for learning is at the heart of all that we do, underpinned by our school motto:                “Expect only the best”. We work in partnership with our parents and the community to provide a caring environment in order to achieve a standard of excellence appropriate to each individual, enriching, encouraging and equipping each child for the challenges of today and tomorrow. OUR ETHOS At Ashton-under-Hill First School we aim to:-
  • Provide whole school activities which cover a range of lively, rich, diverse and creative experiences for all our children, thus promoting a sense of community
