Supporting Teams4U - Ukrainian Refugees
As part of a wider community request, Ashton First School are very keen to support children and families displaced by the Ukraine conflict. The Evesham Teams4U charity, who we support every year with the Christmas shoe box appeal, have launched an appeal collecting specific aid items. These items will be distributed through their existing contacts, to Ukrainian refugees crossing the border and, where possible, into Ukraine when conditions permit.
Our school will be a local drop-off point, with members of Ashton Guides sorting and arranging for the items to be collected for distribution.
