Oak music lesson

KS2 STEM workshop
This week, our KS2 children took part in a STEM workshop where they were tasked with designing an automatic car. The brief involved creating a self driving car that could seat at least 2 passengers, include space for luggage, have wheels that freely rotate and be accessible for all. The children worked in teams and showed great enthusiasm and cooperation as they planned and applied their ideas to their designs.

Year 5 visit to BHA
This week our Year 5 pupils visited Bredon Hill Academy to take part in a Science workshop on reversible and irreversible changes. We were fortunate to be joined by some Year 7 pupils who helped us to use the equipment and investigate changes. This was also a great opportunity to familiarise ourselves with the layout of the school.
